We suggest to arrive 10 minutes before class. Meet your coach, the team, change and prep for the class.
Bring your own equipment or get it from us: we have regular wraps, quick wraps, gloves for sale and rental, T-shirts, Tanks – we got you.

We always start with cardio to amp up your energy level and increase your efficiency during the workout.

– RINGSIDE for those who want to learn how to box. 0 experience neeed.
– HIIT IT RIGHT is simply the best cardio. No boxing involved. No strings attached.
– THAI-SON blends Muay Thai moves and conditioning for strength and agility.

DURING WORKOUT
Our team will guide you through the entire workout, so listen carefully as you go through rounds of cardio, speed and strength routines.

THAI-SON
Boost your fitness with our Thai Boxing + Conditioning class, blending Muay Thai moves and conditioning for strength and agility. Master jabs, kicks, and more in 50 minutes. No experience needed for a knockout physique.

BOXING ACCESSORIES – We offer a variety of options when it comes to boxing accessories. Bring your own or rent/buy from the large selection of Gloves, Wraps, Pads, Headgear. Etc.
THE RING – A centerpiece of every boxing gym. Rest assured, you will be getting into the ring and you’ll love every second of it!
THE BAGS – We work with 135-pound heavy punching bags. Such workouts improve technique, increase power and strength, build better balance and coordination.
GYM EQUIPMENT – Our weights, bars, iron and fitness equipment comes from Rogue and Life Fitness. We don’t compromise when it comes to quality and safety.
SHOWERS and RESTROOMS – Gender neutral showers and restrooms with amazing Aesop Body and Hair products. For your privacy and freshness.
LOCKERS – secure and easy to user lockers to keep your personal belongings safe.
